Ingredients:
- 5kgs boiled potatoes (diced)
- 4 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 10 green chilies (slit)
- 4 tablespoons turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons dried mango powder
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 4 tablespoons FSIPL Sunbay Hariyali Tikka Base (optional)
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 4 tablespoons kashmiri chili powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 cup refined oil
Instructions:
- Add 1 cup oil in a deep frying pan.
- Heat the oil and add 4 tablespoons mustard seeds and let it crackle.
- Add 2 tablespoons cumin seeds, green chilli and sauté it on low heat.
- Add diced boiled potatoes, 4 tablespoons turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons dried mango powder, 4 tablespoons salt, 4 tablespoons Hariyali Tikka Base (if using), 2 tablespoons garam masala, 4 tablespoons kashmiri chilli powder and 2 tablespoons coriander powder.
- Mix well gently, so that spices are combined with potatoes.
- Cook it on low heat for 5-7 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
- Serve it hot with roti or paratha.
