Our Story
Reducing food wastage and serving underserved communities one meal at a time
The Pepper Cook Seva Foundation supports a volunteer-run community kitchen that operates inside the Pepper Cook Studio in South Mumbai. Inspired by the langar’s of Sikh Gurudwaras and the idea of selfless service – or Seva – our Seva Kitchen feeds Mumbai’s hungriest communities.
We reduce food wastage by converting pre-expiry stock from local supermarkets, food companies and sweet shops into tasty, wholesome meals for underserved communities.
